Green and clear wine, transparent, medium load and quite consistent. On the nose it is a fine and intense wine with hints of white orange flowers, fresh mint, lemon peel, calicantus flower and gardenia. On the palat it is a dry wine, with freshness, iodized and good persistence. Moderately alcoholic and balanced overall.
Serve at 11 ° / 12 ° in medium-sized glasses.
It goes well with fish and white meat dishes with simple cooking, in the oven or in a pan: a sea bass in salt, a baked sea bream or a jacket omelette with a drizzle of raw oil on top, a raw shrimp tartare.
