Primitivo wine obtained from sapling vines aged over 60 years.
Ruby red color with hints of ripe berries, cherry and plum jam. Spicy and toasted notes of vanilla, cocoa and coffee given by the aging of 6 months in steel and 4 in French oak barrels.
On the palate it is soft, velvety and persistent with an elegant tannic structure typical of the primitivo.
It should be served at a temperature of 18° - 20° C
